#AskAMedStudent: I’m starting year 13 in September and applying to medicine but all of my work experience has been cancelled due to Covid-19. I have three days of hospital experience planned for September and have done some volunteering in school but that’s it – am I going to get rejected by everyone I apply to?

#AskAMedStudent: Is the content of the first 2-3 years of Med school similar/same to Biochemistry or Medical Sciences?

#AskAMedStudent: During lectures, what do you do? Do you add any important points to the slides then after the lectures, summarise the lectures?

#AskAMedStudent: How do you balance studying for medical school and your extracurriculars? Is there time for doing extracurriculars or joining societies?

#AskAMedStudent: When doing past papers, do you refer to your notes or just try to do it first without looking at it?
